No One is Coming, It’s Up to Us

You know that feeling when you’re waiting for something good to happen, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to come? 

Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s not coming. Whatever “it” is, you’re going to have to go out and get it yourself. Let me assure you; that’s not a bad thing.

We’ve all been there. Sitting around waiting for someone to come and save us. That person never comes. Why? Because it’s not their job, it’s ours. We have to save ourselves. The only way to get things done is to do them ourselves.

We live in a world where we are constantly being bombarded with messages telling us that we need to do more, be more, and have more. 

It’s easy to get caught up in this way of thinking and start believing that we’ll never be good enough. But the truth is, no one is coming to save us. There is no one else who can save us but ourselves.

Sure, there are people out there who can help us achieve our goals—but they’re not going to do it for us. We need to put in the work and make things happen for ourselves. 

So often, we wait around for someone else to give us the green light or tell us it’s okay to go after what we want. But the reality is that no one is ever going to give us permission except for ourselves.

No one is coming, it’s up to us. And that’s not a bad thing. It means we have the power to create our own lives and write our own stories. 

It means we get to decide what we want and go after it with everything we’ve got. So don’t wait around for someone else to tell you what you can or can’t do—go out there and show the world what you’re made of!
